Terms of Service
Last updated: August 16, 2025
1. Introduction
Agents of Change (hereinafter, "Agents of Change" or "we," "us," or "our") values and respects your privacy. We are dedicated to safeguarding your personal information while providing you with access to trusted, secure, responsible artificial intelligence ("AI") powered solutions. Below, we outline our commitment to data minimization, responsible data sharing practices, and robust security measures.
Data Minimization and User Experience. We are committed to collecting and storing only the minimal amount of personal information necessary to provide an exceptional, human-first experience.
Data Sharing. We utilize APIs to share relevant text snippets from your data connectors with trusted service providers, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs). We contractually require that our providers adhere to strict requirements regarding the use and safeguarding of your personal information. Importantly, these commercially available LLMs and SLMs do not use your data for model training, and all interactions are encrypted.
Data Storage and Security. All stored data is protected by stringent privacy standards. Your information is securely stored in isolated AWS containers, compliant with SOC2 Type II standards, and encrypted through our database service.
